Cook the noodles according to the box directions or until al dente. I used Barilla brand and cooked for 14 minutes. Drain and add noodles back to the hot pot. Put the pan on the stove where it's still warm. Add the butter and cream cheese, stir until they are melted. Add the sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder and half of the parmesan cheese.
Spray a small baking dish (about an 8x8 will work well) with non-stick spray. Add the noodles and sauce to the baking dish. Add the rest of the parmesan cheese over the noodles and sprinkle with the paprika.
Place uncovered into the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
